USA Hockey Registration

1. Connect to the USAHIL website at https://www.usahockeyregistration.com/
2. If you are under 18 years of age have your parent or guardian fill out the registration form for you.
3. Scroll down to the bottom and if you are 18 or over enter your birth date and check the 18 or over box. If you are a parent or guardian registering your child, DO NOT ENTER YOUR CHILD'S BIRTH DATE.   YOU MUST ENTER A BIRTH DATE REFLECTING A DATE OF BIRTH OF 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.   If you are 17 or under have your parent or guardian help you.
4. Hit continue
5. Pick category of inline player, coach or referee
6. Choose state in which you are registering in
7. Hit continue
8. Then select Shasta Roller Hockey league (coach, player, ref)

(Referee registration does not have to choose a league)

9. Hit continue
10. Fill out the personal information sheet for the person who is being registered
11. When you fill in the phone numbers do not use dashes  
12. Make sure you check the waiver agreement box
13. Make sure that you enter a CORRECT E-MAIL address.   Your confirmation will be sent to this E-mail within 24 hours.
14. At this point you can check out or register another individual.
15. Follow the rest of the instructions for credit card payment
16. Once you process your credit card an automatic verification will be emailed to you.
17. After you have finished this process, DO NOT HIT THE BACK KEY.
18. An Adobe file will be available for you to click on showing confirmation of online registration until you receive you SAIL membership via E-mail
19. Within 24 hours another email will be sent with the USAHIL membership number
